• You’ll have a dedicated member of staff assigned to your Application
• You’ll be given a Proposed Tenancy which lays out what funds need to be paid and when
• We carry out “In House” Referencing meaning you deal with us, not a large nationwide referencing agency
• You’ll be kept up to date throughout the entire Application process
• Paperwork is sent out via Signable for electronic signature
• We even provide a Move in Day picnic box when you collect keys – so you won’t need to worry about lunch/dinner! It’s on us!

Whilst step-by-step guides and an info page on our website are fantastic, sometimes you just want to have a chat with someone! And we totally get that, so you can discuss any queries you may have with a member of our team. It can be quite a daunting process, and many people have had negative experiences with the Application process in the past. All we ask is that you are honest with us about your circumstances. Our job is to match the right Tenant to the right Property for both the Landlord and the Tenant alike and the more we know about your individual situation the better.
